I didn't know about this feature, so maybe you didn't either.
In the Presto or Genie Help, you can launch a pop-up window showing the Copyright and Version information for the Help.
To do so, open the Help, then click on the icon (e.g., "Inmagic genie") in the upper right corner of the Help window.

IE 7.0 - problems deleting RSS Feeds
I had an RSS Feed in Internet Explorer 7.0 that hung IE any time I tried to do anything with it, including Delete it. To delete it, I had to:
- Reboot my computer.
- Go to C:\Documents and Settings\lisa\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Feeds\, locate the feed name and delete it.

Genie V3.0 SP3 - culture= removed from web.config
In versions of Genie prior to V3.0 SP3, the WEB.CONFIG specified a culture="en-US".
In Genie V3.0 SP3, the culture has been removed.
On systems using a non-US version of Windows or .NET, this can cause problems. If you try to go to a Print Labels page (in the InfoCart, printing Bar Codes in Items, or printing Routing Lists in Serials), you may see the following message:
Error: unable to load record.
Input string was not in a correct format.
While you could change MyLabels.config to use centimeters, and change all the values, that would be pretty cumbersome.
It's far simpler to restore the culture="en-US".
