IE 7.0 - problems deleting RSS Feeds

I had an RSS Feed in Internet Explorer 7.0 that hung IE any time I tried to do anything with it, including Delete it. To delete it, I had to:

• Reboot my computer.
• Go to C:\Documents and Settings\lisa\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Feeds\, locate the feed name and delete it.
